The Building Process Begins
The pool layout phase is when the design is transferred from paper to your yard. The pool, spa and features are pinned and painted on the ground to the exact dimensions of the finished pool. The layout usually takes a few hours to complete and takes place a few days prior to excavating the swimming pool. The purpose of the layout is to give the homeowner a visual of the area the pool will be in and give a guide for the excavator and verify all measurements are correct. After the layout is verified and approved, the swimming pool excavation can begin.
