This Paradise Valley house has a simple yet elegant swimming pool and landscape.

The front yard has a Belgard Catalina Sierra blend paver driveway surrounded by natural grass. White oleanders provide privacy on all sides of the property, along with a masonry wall with stucco and paint to match the house. Surface select boulders, rip rap river rock and low voltage landscape lighting provide texture and accents. 30 foot date palms flank the courtyard and custom entry gates. Inside is a perfect combination of light travertine pavers and artificial turf banding.

In the backyard, you will find over 6000 square feet of synthetic grass with a 2000 square foot putting green with sand trap. The large fire pit was constructed using hand made tile and filled with black lava rock. The 800 square foot luxury pool is a gem with glass tile, hidden water feature and large seating area with pebble sheen. The 22′ long ramada is a gorgeous backdrop that include travertine pavers and a TV over the outdoor fireplace. A custom painted backyard basketball court is nestled in the corner. This backyard also includes a functional outdoor barbecue with a Fire Magic Grill just off the large travertine paver patio.
