I certify that all the information provided in this employment application is true and complete to the best of my knowledge, and I authorize the investigation of all statements contained in this application, including a criminal background and credit history check. I understand that any false or incomplete information may disqualify me from further consideration for employment and may result in my immediate discharge if discovered at a later date.

I understand and acknowledge that unless otherwise defined by applicable law or written agreement with Lone Star Landscaping any employment relationship with Lone Star Landscaping is considered "employment at will." This means the employee may resign at any time and the employer may discharge the employee at any time, with or without cause, and with or without advance notice. I agree that, if employed, I will abide by the policies, procedures, rules and regulations of Lone Star Landscaping. No Lone Star Landscaping representative has the authority to make any contrary agreement.

I authorize the investigation of any and all statements contained in this application and attached resume, and also authorize any person, school, current employer, past employers, and other organization to provide information concerning my previous employment and other relevant information that may be helpful in making a hiring decision. I release such persons and organizations from any legal liability in making such statements.

I further agree that, if hired, any money I owe Lone Star Landscaping or its subsidiaries may be taken out of any monies I am due including, but not limited to, wages, bonuses, commissions, and/or vacation pay.

I understand that, if employed, it is my responsibility to provide my own transportation to my assigned job location and that my job location may change from day to day. Furthermore, I understand that if my job duties require me to drive a company vehicle or use my own person vehicle for company use, I will provide a valid driver's license and proof of liability insurance to Lone Star Landscaping.
